The Algarve is situated in southern coastline of Portugal. It is a region blessed with stunning beaches, picturesque fishing towns and a glorious climate, all of which combine to create the perfect holiday destination. The Algarve is wonderfully varied, able to appeal to a wide cross-section of tourists; there are pristine beaches for families, waterparks and theme parks for thrill-seekers, buzzing nightlife for partying and historic towns for cultural visitors. No matter your holiday style you will find it within the beautiful Algarve.
We want to enjoy your stay, however certain rules must be followed at all times.
- The property has 1 travel cot available
- Indoor furniture cannot be used outside
- Outdoor furniture cannot be used inside
- There is no glass allowed in the Pool Area
- Garden puffs can be used while wet, they are however not allowed inside the pool or Jacuzzi
- There is a legal noise restriction from 23:00 to 7:00
- There is a strict limit of 10 guests on the premises
- There is a strict NO PARTIES allowed on the Villa
- No pets allowed (indoors or outdoors)
- Kitchen appliances are to be used only in the kitchen
- There is no garbage collection at the Villa, so guests are responsible to take the garbage to the garbage station. This should be done as regularly as necessary so there is no garbage stored/pilled onsite (either inside or out).
- No Smoking indoors.
- Furniture must not be moved from its original places
- Curtains must be fully opened before opening or closing windows to prevent curtain damage
- Windows blinds must be cleared of any obstacles before operating
In the event of a violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and collect your deposit for damages.
